HELD AT St. JULIAN’S CHURCH

4. Minutes of Annual General Meeting held 26th April 2023

            Proposed – Cllr. Olivant

5. Chair’s Report.

            The Chair read the report (attached) This was approved

6. Finance Officer’s Report.

It was noted that an invoice from Geoxhere had been paid, but it was not clear what the work involved.

            a. Dates of meetings for the year: -

            26th June 2024, St. Julian’s Church

            7th September 2024.  St. Julian’s Church

            9th January 2025, Foxholes

            21st May 2025. (AGM and Public Meeting), St. Julian’s Church

            b. Activities          

            Cllr Stewart to arrange Cheese and Wine event

Christmas Carol Concert to be arranged at St. Julian’s Church, 6th December at 6p.m.

Outdoor barbeque to be arranged

Antiques night to be investigated

Cllr. Chetwynd – Talbot to arrange a further questionnaire, outlining specific activities that Parishioners may wish to become involved with. Cllr Raynor to distribute.

c. Agenda items for the forthcoming year

To investigate the possibility of a second defibrillator being installed in the village

To investigate further the development at Homestead Lodge, concerns had been raised with regard to drainage and sewerage

To investigate further the implementation of some form of speed restriction though the village, and improvements to road safety on the Caistor High Street

            The meeting closed at 20.20
